  • Step 1: Gently brush through the hair to prep for styling.
  • Step 2: Part the hair down the middle.
  • Step 3: Take a quarter of the hair and create pigtails.
  • Step 4: Twist each pigtail, and roll it up in a bun.
  • Step 5: Braid the hair that’s left out into two braided pigtails.
  • Step 6: Add hair rings to both pigtails.

Glitter Goddess

One of the trends this season that is really shining are glitter roots. While in the beginning, a lot of people were hesitant to try this daring style, the closer we’ve gotten to festival season the more we’ve seen daring babes put their twist on the trend in many creative ways. Using our new SwissX Liana unit, we’ll show you how to achieve this boho look that is sure to turn heads from the entrance to the main stage.

  • Step 1: Secure the lacefront down in front using gel and some hairspray.
  • Step 2: Comb out your baby hairs for a more natural look.
  • Step 3: Braid two cornrows in the generous 4×4 parting space straight back.
  • Step 4: Put hair rings in cornrows.
  • Step 5: Mix the gel and some loose hair glitter together in a mixing bowl.
  • Step 6: With a mixing brush, brush the glitter between the cornrows from front to back until the roots are all covered.
