How To: Feed-In Braids with Curly Ponytails!
Feed-In Braids with Curly Ponytails is the perfect summertime trend! With three bundles of the MyTresses Gold Label Ocean Body in 14” 16” 18”, you can easily recreate this perfect warm-weather slay!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- MyTresses Gold Label Ocean Body 14” 16” 18”
- Gel
- Comb
- Brush
- Bobby pins
- Weaving needle and thread
- Optional: braiding hair
Step 1
Split your hair into four sections. Begin to braid one section down. Then, braid the next section down and feed-in the first braid into the second braid. Use braiding hair as needed.
When you are complete you should have two main braids to secure the weaving hair onto.
Step 2
Begin to wrap the weaving hair around the end of the braid. Secure the end of the weft to the braid with a few stitches.
Step 3
Next begin to wrap the rest of the weaving hair around the braid, moving upwards and securing with stitches as you go.
Step 4
Once you’ve made your way to the nape of the neck, secure the end of the weft. Take enough hair from the bottom of the ponytail and wrap around the wefts to hide them. Use bobby pins to secure.
Step 5
Repeat on the other side.
Ta-dah! Now you’re ready to enjoy the heat, and look good doing it!
